Tesco has decided that the best way to show its customers that they are on the cutting edge of what is relevant and vogue is to put on a fashion show - but not quite one you would expect.
In collaboration with renown artist Thomas Bird, their new “Fashion Now Does Homeware” fashion shoot pictures several models posing in the usual fashion but whilst wearing clothing exclusively comprised of things you would find around home.
F&F Home, Tesco’s clothing and homeware brand, has told clothing customers that their same attitude to clothes - wanting to be on the cutting edge of fashion whilst also getting great quality and value for money - is now being applied to homeware. This has been illustrated by the creation of a formal dress formed out of several dinner plates, as well as a gown comprising of 500 spoons and forks and a coat make solely of cushions. No CGI or Ai here. The new collection will be displayed across several channels for 4 weeks from September 4th.
